I posted this in the other thread then I thought might be this one more fitting....here it is...

2026 new/remake movie Wuthering Heights

I know this is a classic and in the past I had seen various version of this movie, but I have never get exactly what it is saying...it seems like crazy witch movie to me, there isn't any love in there, but darkness and evil.

Am I missing something?

I also liked “One Battle After Another”, although I didn’t find it humorous (except the password scene ) I’d give it 3.5/4 stars, great acting!

@SkyAJK Did you see that “One Battle After Another” won the Oscar for Best Picture? While I liked it, I don’t think it was Best Picture material.

Yes, I did see the “One Battle After Another” movie. It has good theme, good casts, mystery, it is rather dark, I do like it, but I cringe a lot while watching it.

Oh, it won the Oscar. There are so many movies worthy of the Oscar, but too many to choose from.

I only saw this and F1 of the nominated films, but I have to believe one of the others was more deserving.

Has anyone seen Sinners or Hamnet?

I thought that "Hamnet" was very good, but did not enjoy "Sinners" weirdness.
