Wow, nice. /me should move to Ohio Most recent prices in Alabama for the stuff I sell:

Alum. cans: $0.50 per lb
Normal scrap iron: $9.50 for 100lb
Alum. Breakage: $0.08 per lb
Car batteries: $8.00 each

It's been a while since I took any copper. I've got a few reels of wire I need get stripped and take in while the prices are high. Should fetch a few hundred dollars.

We just bought three junk semi-trucks for $2200 all in
for the purpose of scraping them.

Time to fire up the torches. Really looking to double the
money. Just bought a little dump truck for an uncle's trash
route last week at $5,000. The plan is now to scrap these
trucks and a few more pieces to where the cash investment
plus the dump truck is back in my pocket this week. Then my
uncle will still owe us for his truck, monthly payments.

Who had that post about the scrap metal? See. There is a
reason I don't give my metal away.
