Hi

I know a man in TX that custom builds incubators. He is a really great guy to work with. He got out of the quail busssiness a while back and sold me his hatcher which I now use as an incubator and I got a 91% hatch with it my first time. He can build turning incubators and hatchers in different sizes and ship them. If you are interested, contact me via email or PM and I will give you his contact info.

This is it when it was still a his place in TX, that is his quail hatching.

It has 6 trays and each tray holds about 80 normal sized chicken eggs, this leaves enough room for me to turn them by hand.

He only charged me $400 for it but he all ready had it built and it was used. I don't know how much he would charge to build a new one, but if you want I can get you his contact info.

Here it is

If I bought something like that, my kids would have to dig my grave so my wife could put me in it.

But I'm still drooling.

Hi guys

Here is another one of his incubators. This one is smaller and it has a turner and he said that it will hold 208 quail eggs, I don't know how many chicken eggs.

Again if anyone is interested please contact me via email or PM for quickest responce, as I don't have time to track down this post everyday.

Hi guys here is a design he drew up for me, this particular one holds 1080 chicken eggs. If you are interested, I'll give you his contact info and you can tell him the approximate number of eggs you want it to hold and he will draw you up a design similar to this one and give you a price estimate
