Hi

I know a man in TX that custom builds incubators. He is a really great guy to work with. He got out of the quail busssiness a while back and sold me his hatcher which I now use as an incubator and I got a 91% hatch with it my first time. He can build turning incubators and hatchers in different sizes and ship them. If you are interested, contact me via email or PM and I will give you his contact info.

WOW, WHERE IN TEXAS...yikes I was yelling sorry....Im outside the houston area....how can he be contacated? and is he expensive??? thanks.

Here are some pics of some of his incubators.

This first one I is my hatcher that I bought from him. The pic is from when it was still at his place in TX. (those are his quail hatching)
It has 6 trays and each tray holds about 80 normal sized chicken eggs.

The second one is smaller. It is an incubator with turning trays and he says it will hold 208 quail eggs( I don't know how many chicken eggs)

As I said, if you are interested please contact me via PM or email for quickest responce as I don't have time to track down this post everyday

Here is a plan he drew up for me, it holds 1080 chicken eggs.
If you contact him, you can tell him how many eggs you want your incubator or hatcher to hold and he will draw up a plan similar to this one and price it for you.
