Custom Hole Saws

Does anyone on this forum have any experience in machining? I need a custom hole saw but everywhere i've looked is SUPER expensive and I just can't afford it. So I thought I'd come here! If you do or you know someone that does let me know!

I have some specialty bits that will cut true round holes in metal, They would work in wood also, but may not produce a smooth hole. I need more specifics as to your needs before I can determine whether or not I can help.

I'm going to be cutting foam. So I can't use one with teeth or else it will grab the foam as it cuts and tear it apart. I need holes 1 1/2" in diameter and 2" deep
