Cut comb

I have a minor blue game rooster so i file died to cut his comb so they wont get frost bite so I got someone to do it for me he cut the Comb right but when it came to the wattles the wattles open and u could see his neck is that how it's supposed to look like or did the guy mess yep and it was on both sides
