Cut in Vent & Missing Feathers - What should I do?

My friend found this stray chicken in her yard. She had it for about a week and brought it to me today. She said it was stuck under her fence at one point and that her dog chased it. She thinks it was missing tail feathers for these two reasons. When inspecting the chicken, we noticed a tear at the top of her vent. Below is a few pictures. Is there anything we should do to treat these two problems?

PS: Assuming it is a she. Please correct if I am wrong. I have no idea how old, but she is very small, so assuming a bantam? I also didn't get a great picture of the missing feathers. Tail part looks the worse, but she was pretty bare with rough skin along most of her back. Can go take a picture of that if needed.

She looks well along in the healing process. If she were mine, I would simply supply good and adequate feed and make sure that flies don't lay eggs in the back wound. A little antibiotic ointment might be applied to the wounds.

Thanks! She's looking even better today. It appears that some tail feathers are growing back in (there is some fluff that I don't recall being there yesterday). Does anyone know how long it will take her to start laying eggs again? Don't know if she is too old to lay, but hoping not. Just trying to determine when I would know one way or another.
