Cute Goodwill find and it's all mine :)

Made a trip to the local Goodwill today, just lookin' around and DH saw this tiny little trinket, thought I would share. Seems to be make out of cork.

Its a Chinese corkwood carving. Very cute! I have a trinket box with a corkwood carving.

I'd have to vote "yes".

Those are all over the place in Okinawan gift shops.

(Okinawa is Japanese, but its culture was heavily influenced by the Chinese way back in the day.)

Thanks, was just curious. It was just so cute to find a chicken in the least likely of places. The little chicken actually looks like our bantam leghorn that we adore which makes it even more special!!

Yes, they are mass produced, but all are slightly different. they are very fragile, so take very good care of it & maybe all of the others like it will break &......You'll have the only one!

They are all over the place here but that is the first one I have seen with a chicken in it. Good find!
