Posting some pics of my friendly little chicks. The smooth satiny chicks are so pretty and their silkie feathered siblings, not so much

Here's hoping they're just ugly ducklings waiting to metamorphosise into cinderellas They are still super cute imho

Their gorgeous looks like u mite have some boys there also lol . I have silkie mixes i hatched all gals they 6 months now i think they gorgeous but thata bias lol here they are dad a silkie mum is pekin to two and serama to other 2

The silkie xs are for sure boys. And the one on the right has an abnormally large comb.
They are rather thugly.

Haha I agree.. I have a bunch of both sexes of both smooth and silkie feathered chicks.. It's just the fugly roos that happened to be on my knee.. the pullets are just as fugly hehehe

They have no silkie (the breed) genes in them.. They have suspected japanese bantams which throws the silkie feathered gene

Thanks. They are mixed breed but with suspected japanese bantams, which throws the silkie feathered gene. They have no actual silkie chicken in them as far as we can make out
