Cutler's Supply

I'm going to buy a Genesis 1588 incubator and have found that Cutler's Supply has the cheapest prices. I would appreciate your input into this company. I've never ordered from them before. Are they reliable? Customer service? etc.

I've ordered leg bands from them, the slip on kind. Prices were great, they sort of stuck me on shipping. Charged me $24 for shipping and put them in a $5.40 priority box. Guess thats how they keep the prices so cheap. Still happy with them though, they got my order out the day after I placed it.
