Cutting Muscovey's Wings

We just got four female adults muscovey's. We need to cut a wing or two on each. Is this a bad time of the year to do that?

Could be bad if you dont do it now and they fly away... It is best to do it after a molt - but if they havent been done at the previous home - dont wait for the next molt, do it now.
