Cutting nails on Muscovy drakes

The nails/claws on my 2 Muscovy drakes are getting very long to the point where they are curving in a circle. They free range but mostly sand and meadow here so nothing to wear them down naturally. Should I clip them? Do I do it like my dog or cats? Assuming this is going to be a 2 person job.

If it's to the point where it's affecting the way he walks, yes. You go about trimming birds nails the same you would a dog or cat.
