Cyst on wing

Two of my birds have a cyst or bump on thier wing close to their body. They were born on July 19. What is it? Do I need to medicate it or is it something to do with their feathers coming in?

Sometimes a bird can get an ingrown feather. I usually just gently open the place with a needle and then work the feather out. You might be suprised at how long it is once you get it out. Don't pull the feather out of the bird, just coax it out.
