The attached picture is on my two-year-old turkey. Since it's cold right now we've been lifting her into the roosting area with the chickens at night. I was gone for a week. It wasn't there when I left and was there when I returned. I noticed it when I lifted her up. It is hard and if you pick at it a little it is crumbly. Doesn't seem to bother her though.
