I have just separated my calls into trios, so how long before the eggs I get are fertilised by the drakes the ducks are with now?

They say it's best to wait at least 3 weeks to make sure you're getting pure fertility from the drakes they're with now.

Just vent sexed my 6 pastels and from what I can tell only 2 are boy's. So now I need to find a home for a little boy and a little girl. That would leave me with 3girl's and a boy. I'm hoping 3 to 1 is good enough to keep the drake happy.

lol its funny really my 3 little ducklings always want a cuddle and a sleep with me but when my sister and siblings come round they run away squeeking madly but when they see me they come straight up and jump on my hand lol its so funny to see their sudden change in mood with different people!!
