Daktarin Gold

On some advice for Sour Crop, I was told to use miconazole was is in Daktarin treatment for athletes foot, my chemist only had Daktarin Gold 2% which contains ketoconazole which I've read is the same family, it's a cream but was told was ok to give orally, but is this cream ok?

Ketoconazole can be taken orally for fungal infection. I don’t know dosage though. You can try to Google the dosage.

I don't know where I got this from but Ketoconazole is the same dosage as Miconazole.
