That's good that she is digesting her food. With her not feeling well and likely not eating as much as she should be, it isn't surprising her poops don't look good. I'm not always the best judge of them but I think the photo that you attached looks better than before and hopefully with more food and less liquid should go back to normal soon (not saying anything regarding current food and water consumption).

What is the dosage of Miconazole that you are giving? That will help a lot and by Tuesday should really make a difference.

Her being weak will be normal given she isn't feeling well and likely isn't eating as she normally should be. I would continue giving liquid vitamins if you have been or add them if you haven't. A sugar water mix too for some quick energy. Is she interested in her food at all or are you having to feed her the whole time?

Sadly she passed away on Tuesday morning. She was recovering but stopped eating and drinking the day before and passed away in her sleep.

To answer the question, she was being given 2% Miconazole cream. I could not find any vitamins but she was being given a bit of electrolytes in her water. She started being interested in her food a few days prior to her death but she went back to being hand fed.
