Dalton GA show

Did anyone by chance see or talk to A David Beck while at the show?? He had a few Dutch Bantams for sale but there was no price on the tags just said contact him but I never could find him. Needless to say I went home without Dutch Bantams which is the entire reason I went.

But I did get some nice BBT and BTR Old English so all was not lost:)

I did manage to come home without the Bantam Barred Rooster with the really cute crow, but I got the guys phone number to call him if I decide I can't live without him and he still has him.

My White Pair/one are living in my spare room tonight until we get our Bantam Cage finished, hopefully tomorrow if it does not rain or between the rain. So I likely won't be able to sleep late in the morning because the rooster will crow and the dogs will bark likely at 6 am

Of course it's chicken math.

You know that 2 Bantams = 1 LF, so I brought home 1 bird, cause those chicks in the handy carrying packages don't count....... you know why!

Yep the crowd and the birds were way off this time. Very small turnout compared to most times.

But what could you expect with all the rain we had. I dont know why they dont tell everyone to bring all their sale birds rain or shine. And tell them they can put them in the other empty barn?

i was at the dalton show -was looking for pins but didnt see any. i was shooting video there and will get to editing it this week. i loved the show -i havent ever been to one so the whole thing was a treat for me. i discovered i really like the chicken they call "modern" - what an amazing looking bird. i didnt buy any chickens i have 4 new chicks already. but i liked the show and learned a lot. i saw the "cowbody's" chickens for sale.
