Any idea how they get the chicken to do that? I've seen animals do things for food but this one has me wondering how.

I'm not sure, but it's bleeping hilarious.

Here's my guess: Maybe they trained the chicken to pull the jukebox or piano or whatever that is, and when it did, they would throw scratch down. The chicken would scratch away at it, etc. Then after a million times of doing that, they threw the chicken in with the jukebox and it automatically pulled it, expecting scratch and so habitually started scratching for it.

That's just my guess, and I am by NO means a chicken trainer, lol! Funny video though!

Hi ~ I have actually looked this up before, its a pretty famous scene. I can't remember where I read it, but I read that the chicken was on a heated turntable??? I don't know though...it is silly lookin

When I showed it to my DS, he said it's a turntable.
So I'm guessing that maybe the chicken pulls the string, a treat is in the back room, and she is trying to get to it on a spinning turntable.

My Dad saw the chicken playing tic-tac-toe, one. It was hilarious to watch. Everyone had one of two statements to make after losing a child's game, to a chicken.

1. "Well he gets to play every day."

2. "The chicken got to go first."
