Dancing chicks?

It's almost day 12 for me. I candled a few eggs tonight and saw lots of movement. That's a good sign, right? I could even see faint veins in dark maran eggs. It's exciting to actually understand what I see.

So my questions are:
How often can I candle?
Is movement in the egg on day 12 a good sign?
At this stage are they pretty likely to hatch safely?

The movement is a good sign. I'm not sure on the other questions though. There's still a lot that can go wrong, so it is hard to say what their likelihood of hatching is. I don't know how much candling is too much. I probably candle too much at every few days but I am paranoid about them and want to see them.
