How's the weather in where ever you live?

Would you believe dandelions in my yard now? I had to check
it out...two yellow little flowers doing quite well. This is not right.
I have never mowed my grass in December.

I think it's in the 60's outside right now.

Shhhhhh....don't talk about the nice weather too loud. Living in the snow belt I just know that we will have 3 foot of partly cloudy soon enough.
Until then

Spook, I didn't realize you were in Ohio! I am too....Sort of lower, northeastern Ohio. It's in the 50s today. I haven't seen any dandylions though, although I can remember years ago seeing them in December.....

The ground was frozen about three days ago, and it was cold enough for the chicken's water buckets to freeze for two days in a row. Now, it's raining and everything is MUD.

I'm ready for it to be cold, and even for a little bit of snow......

There was a dusting of snow this morning. ....but shhhhh! about the dandelions! My geese might sneak over to your house, that's their favorite treat!

I know this winter has been totally crazy so far. Here in East Tennessee we have dandelions growing and
forget-me-nots, my hydrangeas are starting to bud and have a few leaves on them. It has been warm
even the plants are a little confused. Might get an early spring this year, who knows.

My neighbors had rose bushes and budding trees already in late October to November! And the roses are doing OK right ow but dying from the freezing temps we have right now.

Weird weather! I hope we don't get overburdened with snow...still waiting for the BIG one since the 1977?78? storm we had. I missed that storm because we moved down Louisiana and I missed it ALL!
