Dangerous? Hole between nostrils.

I have an Indian runner duck about 6 weeks old. I just noticed that she has a hole between her nostrils. There was a little bit of blood crusted over but nothing major. It does not seem to affect her eating or grooming habits, and it doesn't seem to bother her. Should I be worried? Will it heal up?

It may or may not heal, at this point, it doesn't look to be affecting her much so I'd just leave it.
