Dark Brahma - Rooster or Pullet?

Trying to figure out if my Dark Brahma is a rooster or hen. About 12-13 weeks old. This chicken also hasn’t been growing feathers on its back. Anyone have any idea what that could be about? He/she has been like that for weeks. Definitely not sick either. Thank you!

Better pictures of the comb would be good. That tail looks very cockerel like.

Looks like a cockerel. The plain black and white wing feathers are a big giveaway. Pullets would be all stripey by now.
