Dark Cornish or Speckled Sussex???*with better pics*

I used to breed SS and that is NOT a SS.....Not so sure about Dark Cornish either...never had any experiance with them so IDK.

The Dark Cornish chicks I got from the hatchery didn't look like those, the feathers were more bay black in color, no whites. And their feet were yellow.

I dont know for sure what this chick would be.

I don't think it's a Dark Cornish either. I am thinking Partridge Rock. I thought I had a cornish and 2 SS's, but as they got bigger, turned out to be 2 Dark Cornishes and a Partridge Rock, I think anyways, lol!

I know everyone says not a SS but I have seen them look like that from a hatchery so that is what my guess is my girl looked alot like that ..she a cutie

well she has got me puzzled

lol.......she shaped like a Cornish, and has the thick legs and everything that a Cornish has but the colorings.....I looked up Cornishes and it said yellow legs deep chest and a heart shaped body and she has all that but her feathers aren't the right color

Well I finally found the photo Ive been searching for I guess she is a dark Cornish

This one looks just like her brothers at the local feed and seed

Obvious Pea comb. Definitely not a Partridge rock or Speckled Sussex. Maybe some sort of cornish, or something else similar. Any possibility that she is a Chantecler, Orloff or something else like that?
