Dark Cornishes

I recently got a Dark Cornish Chick.....Can anybody tell me about the breed??
What do their colors vary?
How Big do they get? etc. etc.
If you have pictures please post them

Here's mine it just said Cornish on the cage I found out later on the internet it was a Dark Cornish

Oh cool! If I ever get fertile eggs from her, I will know what they look like when they hatch! Thanks for posting that photo. I'm guessing yours is a large fowl. This bantam hen is like a bulldog. She feels like a giant meatball when you pick her up!

I have one named Gertrude. whenever anyone comes over they all say she is their favorite. She is shy and it is hard to catch her to pet her, but she will now eat out of your hand (we got her when she was 9mon to a year old). She lays light brown eggs and has given us 7/week since we got her several months ago. She skipped laying two days, but later in those weeks laid 2 eggs in one day. That continued through two predator attacks and two freak blizzards

I have one, a bantam. They are very solid and yes, they are built like little bulldogs...with BIG feet. Mine is very 'noisey and loud" but a good layer. Not sure I am going to keep her.

I got her from my sister in laws father. She is great. Lays an egg a day!
