Hello everyone!
I think I "accidentally" bought an Dark Indian Game ...BANTAM rooster. I wanted a STANDARD size one, but when you have no experience, you basically buy what you are offered. He was 7 months old when I bought him and I didn't know what size he should be. He has și in my care since 3 months, he is very well fed, has a very big appetite, but he is not growing at all.
I read somewhere that at his age 10 months) he should be almost his adult size. My intention was to do some crosses with him (with rangers and malines), but the size difference is very big between them. What do I do now? I wanted big, meaty birds. Can I get them with an Indian Game Bantam rooster? I plan to do AI anyway.
I am very disappointed, I invest a lot of money and time in my hens.
Thank you very much!
