They are welsh harlequin eggs I ordered from Metzer farms. I candled it and was moving but it almost looked like some fluid in the air cell

Are you on lockdown? What is humidity at? What is the tep on your incubator?

Yes I am on lockdown but I opened the incubator quickly to candle it. The temperature is 99.5 and the humidity is around 70 to 75
