Dark Spots in Eggs

I candled my duck eggs at around 21 days. They seem to be developing nicely and are moving around in their eggs, but a few of them have these dark spots. They are still alive, I can see them moving, but I am worried about their health if these are bacteria spots. Does anyone know if these spots are something I should worry about, or are they nothing?

Forgot to add, they are indian runner ducks.

Those look like good eggs to me. If they are still moving around in the eggs you should be good. They are entering their last week of development so this is one of the most critical weeks. I would candle 1 last time right before lockdown. Then close em up and let em hatch!
