She decided here that my cooking needed a critique. She IS French, after all, I mean, look at that beret!
In any case, Miss Candy Rex lays the darkest eggs of my flock, but that's not saying much since the others lay blue, cream, pink, or beige. However, she does feel bad about not living up to my dreams of a chocolate colored egg by giving me the occasional jumbo sized egg (got one over 75 grams one time!) and routinely laying extra larges. However, today I pulled a lovely very dark egg with dark speckling out of the next box!
Gorgeous isn't it?! Of course, there has to be something wrong with it...
It's a wind egg! Only 15 grams! For comparison is my Black Australorp's pink 55g. egg. >_< Yeeesh.
