He is an 8-month-old hatchery quality Silver Sebright cockerel. He needs a new home because we are moving because of a job situation, and the county won't allow any crowing roosters/cockerels in any residential area. We've been searching for ag-zoned areas, but none are available in our price range currently, and we are running out of time.

He does a GREAT job of warning his ladies of danger and is very affectionate to his favorite girl. He is not people aggressive, but he can be sassy first thing in the morning. Luckily, he only weighs about 2 lbs, so he couldn't do much damage even if he wanted to. He does crow frequently, though, and despite his diminutive size, he is quite loud.

I am also looking into some rescue groups to take him, but pickings are slim. I will even sponsor him and help pay for food every month.

I'd be happy to deliver him to a new forever home from Fresno and northward (no So Cal because of vND).
