Those look like some kind of cornish X in the week 3 pic.

They're big, but not big enough for a normal Cornish X. They could be a slow growing Cornish X strain (usually Cornish x Leghorn). They grow fast, but not as fast as a true Cornish X and they actually live and thrive. They are fair layers of large eggs and make wonderful talbe birds. They're kinda like Rangers.
