I have 26 three month old chicks in my large coop. Since the coop is about 12' x 20' I have not let the chicks outside yet. I was worried about the hawks that fly over regularly. Today I found raccoon footprints outside the coop window. Good thing my babies were locked up tight. We have had a number of raccoon sightings on our property this last month. No chicken dinner at my house this time.
