We never consume anything with sucralose or aspartame here. They put it in tons of stuff so we have to read labels a lot. The information is everywhere about artificial sweeteners being terrible for you and causing endless issues. You'd be way better off just drinking the stuff with regular sugar if you really want to. We've been trying to explain this to one of our diabetic family friends for years. Even his doctor has told him artificial sweeteners are extremely dangerous for anyone, especially diabetics.
