Julie sat down on the hard floor against the crumbling wall, her eyes filled with fright, but she masked it with an emotionless expression, though she bit her upper lip slightly.

Jackie flinched as she heard the man call her an enemy. "W-wait.... Y-your with th-the jap-panese? Th-then I m-made a m-mistake in coming here...." Her eyes were wide. Took a few steps back and jumped into the first branch of the tree behind her. She climbed up, with quite a bit of speed, to the top of the tree. She shrank into a small ball (not literally) on the highest branch and peered down at them. Though they didn't look like they were with the Japanese, she wasnt sure if they were or weren't with the enemy.

Noah crouched down beside the wall to. No one was hurt, and no more guns were fired, but why? If it were the Japanese would had hit someone or kept firing. He frowned. "I don't think it was the Japanese..." He said.

Jackie didn't respond, hiding behind a thick branch. She was shaking, scared that they might try to shoot her again.

Isabella shot a glare at Dylan, "We aren't! I promise." She said taking a step forward, her heels clicking against the road.

Once they reached Noah, Julie crouched down beside the crumpled wall. "Is it a Japanese scouting group?" She asked, shakily.

Tyler followed her silently, his eyes skimming their surroundings.

Isabella shot a glare at Dylan, "We aren't! I promise." She said taking a step forward, her heels clicking against the road.

"Th-then why'd h-he try t-to shoot m-me?" She stuttered, peering down at them.

"He doesn't trust anyone." Isabella explained, "He's my body guard, it's his job to protect me."
