Day 10 - Incubator temp spiked to 102.2

My new Brinsea Ovation 28 EX has malfunctioned. Yesterday, the temperature spiked to 102.2 F so I called Brinsea and they are sending a new incubator which should arrive today before 3 pm. Is there ANYTHING that I can do to save these embryos in the meantime?
