day 14 doing good

Ok I am down to 18 eggs after a rough ride from utah and the p.o. kicking the box around I lost several right off the bat.I set the rest and 10 day candle threw out 9 no growth at all.So now second candling and everyone is coming along great even the one that had a crack is still moving.I put nail polish on the crack we will see if it makes it.But I am hoping I get a good hatch.I had some help from Grandpa Jim can't rmember his byc name and I deleted all my pm. But I got some good helpful tips and things are looking good.

I love the Day 14 candle for duck eggs, because that is when they are big enough to see moving around and sometimes even see a little bill poking around, but still small enough to, well, be moving around. I guess for chicken eggs, they probably almost completely fill the egg by then, though, don't they?

Anyway, well done, and I look forward to seeing your post when they hatch.
