Day 15 of first incubating attempt

I have a dozen EE x Welsummer and EE x Barred Rocks eggs in the incubator. The incubator is a Little Giant and has a turner in it. Do I turn the egg-turner off on day 18? Do I take it out on day 18 and lay the eggs on their sides? Please help!

yes, take the eggs out of the turner and lay them on there sides. I am on day 19 with my LG w/fan and eggs turner! I have a bunch of wigglers and i have 2 churping in the shell!! Its my first time too! You all so want to get the hum up to about 60-70% on day 18.
