Yes, it is common to pip and sit. They can sit like this for 2 days! So just go sit on your hands and keep yourself occupied so you are not tempted to do anything to that egg!

i have 72 in there.

well as of this morning i have about 50 chicks hatched out. still have a few with pips. and a handfull that dont have pips. ill post the pics this evening. now im ready to start a new batch.

and yesterday while i was at work the chirpping in the incubator must have drove our cat nuts. he scratched the crap out of my incubator. thats not a good thing seeing as how its just a foam hovabator.

I had 13 eggs day 18 6 hatch with a few with pep and day 19 and a half I just had two more hatch. I wound if any more will hatch?
