day 16 quitter?

do you think this chick has died? my gut tells me yes...
I candled yesterday (day 16) and noticed all the blood. candled again this morning to see how it looked and was able to take pics.
Yesterday the chick seemed to fill the egg more, but this morning it seems to be a somewhat flat blob.
I thought I might have seen movement yesterday but it could have been wishful thinking.
tomorrow is lockdown and I am wondering if I should take it out.
the egg is a lavender ameraucana
incubator is hovabator- temp ranging from 99.6-99.9
humidity range 35%-45%
I rotated the egg when taking picture to try and get all sides

Looks like it died/ may have partially exploded. Ik this comment was from earlier so I assume you already know what happened. If so did it hatch or did it die early on?
