Day 17? or Day 18?

I have read mixed messages regarding what determines the start of lockdown phase. Is it the end of day 17? or 18?
If I set some eggs Saturday AM the 26th (next Saturday) does my lockdown begin on Wednesday AM 3/16?

Lockdown is the 16th. Hatch is the 19th. If you set them on a Saturday, they should hatch on a Saturday.

I add 18 days to my hatch date and that is lockdown - same for hatch, add 21 days. I read that on a thread here in the incubating/hatching section and it simplified everything for me.

Example: I set eggs on the evening of February 7th (Monday), lockdown is the evening of February 25 - 18 full days of incubating. Hatch day will be February 28 (Monday, 3 weeks exactly from the date I set them).

I ask this because I need to be out of town for the day on the 16th(back in the evening), and would rather deal with locking them down the night before rather than that morning when I will be trying to get out the door.
