It is day 17 and my first time hatching eggs. I have mine under my broody.l I'm thinking about hatching with an incubator eventually, but I need to expand first. I think once I get a hold of an incubator, chicken math is going to take control.

ANYWAY. I know it's way to early, but is there anything I should/could be looking for? Since mine are under my BO, I can't really just peak in on them. Plus I don't want to disturb her to much in these last few days. I have candled them around day 12 and they looked good. I even saw movement... How exciting!!

Idk. Like I said, I'm new at this, so I don't know if I shoudl just sit back and let mother nature do it's thing, or is there anything I need to look out for, check on, do??

I suggest a bowl of vanilla ice cream with fresh fruit, maybe strawberries, and chill.
