Day 18 Hatching

We have the Brinsea Eco 20. We have been told to take the bars out on day 18 or use our Still Air Incubator for the rest of the days, to let them hatch in it. Any suggestions?

If they have been in the Brinsea all this time I would take the bars out. The eggs are used to that incubator so I would keep it safe and continue with it through the hatch.
