I read (I think from Dipsy DD) to place pipecleaners on the floor of the hatcher and on day 18, when out of turner, set eggs large end upon the pipecleaners for the last three days. I understand that will keep the air cell up to reduce chance of a chick drowning. Am I understanding this? Has anyone tried this?
