Day 19 and nothing!

My coturnix quail eggs have been at the right humidity and temp for the entire time! I calibrated the thermometer before incubation, and the day of lockdown!
my eggs have developed, but I cant see any internal pip. The air cell is the right size, and is tilted slightly.
Should i raise my temp?

Also i open 2 100% Dead eggs. Both with embryos i think died on the first few days, what does this mean?

Have you candled them today? Do you have cool spots? Are you 100% sure your thermometer is correct? Don't change your temp. Candle and look for veins/movement.
