Just had the second chick hatch and have one with an external pip and one with an internal one. 2 others are still alive but I think I have 5 that quit on me

Congrats mine are external pipping today day 22 and 21 but those aren’t doing anything yet. I have 6 Marans 4 Faverolle

I’m up to three babies and one pip but one of the chicks has a bad leg? She can’t seem to straighten it but if I stretch it out it does straighten. Kinda worried about it but not sure what to do. It’s the little black striped baby

Ended the hatch with 5 babies. So 50% hatch rate. Better than I have been doing, but not as good as I want. I did find out I have a really bad hot spot so I am working to get a fan in there and help balance it out for the next hatch!
