Day 2 of a 6 month old with sour crop - is "vomiting" her the only cure?

I am feeding her only water with apple cider vinegar, layer feed mixed with warm water, yogurt and apple cider vinegar.

Can this get her to clear infection and crop on her own or should Try to tip her upside down and get her to clear it? I have never done this before, this is my first lock.

Also, I should mention, she is eating pretty well and behaving normally, she also laid an egg today.
