DAY 20 3 PIPS, LONGEST DAY EVER

I got to go work right this second, im late cause i was up late waching the bator. Now I heard a litttle chirping yesterday and this morning I got 3 pipping. One has his beak hanging out the shell the other 2 have cracks in there eggs. This is gonna be THE longest day at work ever. Hopefuly i get home and have a chick and more pips, IM ADDICTED. Thanks to all who offered me friendly advice, it was very much appreciated.

This is my 20th day also and I have no pips or peeps or wiggling.I have the worst time I have ever seen.And it looks like they are not even moving or I don`t even klnow if they will live.I have finally have got the humidity up to 62% and the temp is 99*.But I have had to add water to get it up this high.But have not opened the top.Don`t know what to do any more.
