None of my eggs or rocking or have pipped or showing anything and it is day 20. I am doing a week apart staggered hatching and my humidity is at 55% because of the other eggs. Is that fine? I have heard many people hatch at that humidity.

I did have to open the incubator during lockdown once or twice to turn the other eggs, do you think that will affect the day 20 eggs and will not turning the other eggs for a couple of days be fine?

Air cell looks like this for one of the eggs except the egg does not have veins and was completely orange except for the shadow.

Findings:

It is supposed to look like that after internal pip :)

Just candled super quick and added more humidity to 60% and all of them are moving and feathers can be seen except for one. One of them I cannot see veins or feathers but a dark shadow of the body and the air cell looks weird. Almost like a fat T shape. Help!

It's a little bit hard to tell with the description, but I think it's normal. My silkies did not hatch until day 23 so I think they are fine. Chickens can hatch at 55% humidity, but thicker shells require higher humidity.

Oh I hope so- They are buff orpingtons so they don't necessarily have thick shells but thanks for your reply!~

That one egg was indeed succesful in internal pipping and I recently, 10 minutes ago, just started to hear him or her, hopefully a her, peeping
