On a forced fan you don't really need to open them yet. If the hatch is not done before bed...open one vent for more ventilation for overnight hatchlings. In the forced air you can basically just use those vents as a humidity regulator. Otherwise the fan and holes in the bottom take care of the air flow, so you should be just fine.
