Day 20 and chicks still haven't pipped. Temp is 99.5 and humidity is 66% candling showed life should I be mor wpatient or is there a problem

Glad you could join us here! 21 days is just a guide so try not to worry. I know it's easier said than done but you could have pips on the underside of the eggs where you can't see. I've been convinced before that eggs have not pipped but they have and it's just that I've not been able to see them.

Patience really should be your friend now, but it's hard I know! Wishing you the very best of luck and I hope you have some action soon.

agree with Yorkshire coop - if your temps were off the mark for any length of time - too low, it delays growth.

Thx for the advice. It's day 21 still no pip peep nothing. temp is 99.5 and humidity is between 55% 66%

Did you count the day you set them in the incubator as day 1 or after a full 24 hours incubation?

The day you set them in the incubator? If so you are on day 20 and not 21.

Say you set the eggs on a Monday, day 1 would be counted as Tuesday, day 2 would be counted as Wednesday and so on.
